There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.

That said, in our experience as a DFW real estate professionals, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to my clients.


Kimberly Kelly

Kimberly Kelly is committed to excellence in customer service as well as depth of the real estate industry. Kimberly's occupational pride is evident. Her 22 years experience in real estate has created long term relationships with her clients. Kimberly is a mother of two and born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has a degree in Interior Design.



Kimberly epitomizes energy, integrity, hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction. She has continued rising early and has built a successful career in real estate for the last 22 years in the area. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks in both the residential and commercial market.


Sarah Heraldez

Sarah specializes in residential, commercial, land, and leasing. She believes in developing trusting relationships by listening to each clients unique circumstances. Each client is unique and will benefit form her full attention, business skills, and her energy. Sarah brings over 11 years of experience in the Real Estate field and she understands and provides solutions through problem solving.

Sarah's attention to detail and organizational skills enable her to act as a strong advocate for her clients to accomplish their goals. Her negotiation and analysis will prove to be a great asset for her clients transactions. Sarah has a Bachelors in Business and in Marketing from the University of Houston.
